Here are the views from our master bedroom. There's a row of houses far behind our house, but what really sold us (other than the killer view of the avocado groves and the Lilac Bridge) was that since there's some sort of endangered toad they will never build houses back there.

There's a service road which leads up into the avocado groves. I always see people walking their dogs up there. I can't wait to do the same thing!
