Here's the phat island in my kitchen. I love it because there is room for stools to rest underneath. Obviously, this is when it was still being finished. We were allowed to go in the house a few times before we actually moved in. They were pretty nice about letting us show off the house to family. Its a different story, though, when we need the service people from the homebuilder to come back out and fix things they didn't do right when they were building the house.
The window of the kitchen faces the field in the back and the Lilac Bridge. Its really pretty during the day!
